Help 2.5 Years Siddaramayya Nelagudda is diagnosed with Beta Thalassemia. He underwent Matched Sibling Donor Haploidentical Stem Cell Transplant (HSCT) on 23/02/2024, for treatment of this disease with his brother being the donor. He has developed severe venom occlusive disease of liver (VOD) a complication of HSCT. He is sick and having respiratory distress requiring high flow nasal canula (oxygen support). He has received treatment with High dose Methylprednisolone, Albumin, diuretics, and other supportive measures. He is currently critical and admitted in the hospital due to water filled in his lungs. He is in urgent need of DEFIBROTIDE an FDA approved drug for VOD, which is not manufactured in India. Per cost of single injection is Rs 75000. Hospital can however arrange this medicine. The cost of 10 vials is six lakh rupees. Siddaramayya require another 2-3 weeks of hospital admission. The approximate cost of which is Rs.8,00,000/- to Rs.10,00,000 (Rupees eight lakh to ten lakh rupees only) in view of the complications the child is having. Life is unfair to him since birth immediately after birth doctors told that there was a small hole in his heart, and he needed to remain in the ICU to recover and after 2 months after Krithigya was discharged from the hospital after few days his parents noticed that the pupil of his eye had turned white, instead of being black. After 2 operations at present Krithyaga needs glasses to be able to see clearly. Currently Baby Krithagyais in St. John’s medical hospital Bengaluru.He is unable to see without his glasses. The hole in his heart still persists, but it is not an immediate threat to his life. Krithagya needs 7 cycles of chemotherapy to fight cancer. Riddhi has a rare cancer found in children Rhabdomyosarcoma - she needs urgent chemotherapy. Just few weeks ago, ridddhi parents didn’t know that little rIddhi would be fighting death. Binay (father) and sabuja (mother) have been really worried about riddhi health for the last few months. They had taken her to not one but several doctors in their hometown in. But few days ago, a biopsy report revealed that their 1.7-year-old has a rare cancer Rhabdomyosarcoma.

3 years old Master Swarup is admitted in SRCC Children’s Hospital, Pune. Swarup was diagnosed with brain tumour last year in october 2020, when he had sudden episode of seizure. On showing to the local doctor was advised investigations on which he was diagnosed with Brain Tumour he underwent removal of tumour in February 2021 at SRCC Hospital. After investigations it was confirmed that this is a cancerous tumour hence Swarup underwent couple of chemotherapy sessions. Now Doctors has advised radiotherapy sessions and bone marrow transplant.
As advised by the hospital, the cost Estimated for treatment is Rs. 40 lac which is impossible to arrange by Jitendra subhash divakar(father) who runs a small sandwich stall with monthly income of Rs 15000. The ongoing pandemic and the lockdown restrictions only made our situation worse.

Hemlata and Arvind Mishra had twin babies male and female on 14th March. The uncertain lives of their newborn babies are choking them to death. They may not be able to take them back home if they do not find a way to continue treatment. Twin babies are underweight and it is very crucial for them to gain weight to fight all the odds. These babies are born in 29 weeks with gestation birth weight of twin 1 with 1.05 kg and twin 2 with1.12 kg. Currently they’re admitted in Surya hospital, Mumbai.
Currently both infants are on CPAP support, iv fluids and iv antibiotics with respiratory support to fully recover. Babies are identified to have immature lungs that have not grown fully and hence need additional ventilation, machine and medicinal support to carry them through to safety, till 4 weeks. As advised by the hospital, the cost Estimated for both the babies is Rs, 13lac which is impossible to Baby arrange by arvind mishra (father) who I sa vegetable seller with monthly income of Rs 8000.

Smita’s son was born during the 6th month of her pregnancy on 25 th September 2020. Immediately after his birth he is admitted in ICU in Surya Hospital, Mumbai in emergency. He weighed only 700 gms during the time of his birth and his organs were underdeveloped, intrauterine growth restriction, respiratory distress syndrome, non communicating hydrocephalus, congenital cytomegalovirus infection with hepatitis, persistent hypoglycemia, retinopathy of prematurity and neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. He couldn’t even breathe on his own. Currently he is under the ventilator and the fluid accumulation in his brain is alarming. This baby is likely to be on ventilator foe another 2 weeks and further brain surgery is to be done.
Estimate cost of the treatment is 25 lakh advised by the hospital.

This 6 months little baby boy of Aazroo and Abdul Ansari name aayan is surrfering from Congenital Heart Defect from 2 day of his birth. This 6 months old is suffering because the roles of the 3 most important arteries of the heart were naturally switched resulting in a birth defect.
In simple terms, instead of the oxygen-rich blood, his heart pumps the oxygen-depleted blood throughout his body. Apart from the severe defect in his arteries,6-month-old baby aayan also has a hole in his heart too and heart size is smaller than as expected.
Earlier this baby was admitted in Mangal Prabhu Hospital where his 2D echo was done and for surgery he was referred to Fortis Hospital Mulund Goregoan, Mumbai. After reaching Hospital on 11 june 2020 his Ist surgery was done in emergency. Now again baby is admitted for second surgery which is required on urgent basis. Without this baby will not survive.
Cost of the surgery is Rs 1,70,000 advised by the hospital.
Mr Abdul Ansari father works as a painter at a construction company in Mumbai and earns Rs 13000 per month. There is no other earning member in the family and he does not have any savings and absolutely not in a position to meet the cost of the treatment.

8 months Old Baby shifa Praveen daughter of Tajamul and shafina is suffering from a rare disease Perinatal asphyxia which is caused by a lack of oxygen to organ systems due to a hypoxic or ischemic insult that occurs within close temporal proximity to labour (peripartum) and delivery (intrapartum). In the neonate, the lack of oxygen may lead to multi-organ failure with brain involvement as the major organ of concern (hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy [HIE]). In most cases of HIE, injury to other major organ systems occurs, including the heart, kidney, lung, and liver. Each baby may experience symptoms of birth asphyxia differently.
Baby shifa brains do not respond properly due to which she has no control over her body even she cannot take mothers feed.
She is the first child of tajamul and shabina. Currently her treatment is going in AIIMS Hospital, Delhi. Where docters have undergone few test and more to be done followed by a surgery.
Estimated cost advised by the doctors is Rs 2,50,000 which is very difficult to arrange by the family . Mr Tajamul father works as a factory worker and earns Rs 15000 per month.
